Abdul Hafeez Syed

A. Hafeez Syed, founder and CEO of One Staffing Services, is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in the technology and staffing industry. In 2004, he migrated to Canada and began his career as a talented software developer. Within four years, he moved to the USA, where he quickly rose to the roles of tech lead and solution architect at a top global organization.

His relentless focus on pushing technical boundaries and crafting innovative solutions earned him the position of Director of Technology Solutions, and in 2019, he founded his own company to serve businesses by utilizing his decades of software development industry experience.. His vision was to create a multinational company. His focus on innovative solutions and customer satisfaction has driven the company to expand globally.

Hafeez Syed's relentless passion for improvement and belief in overcoming challenges have shaped his leadership. He created De Rouze, a Gen AI-enabled ERP solution, demonstrating his commitment to groundbreaking, customer-centric solutions.
